1. Service Agreement

Ezonne Recruitment acts as a bridge between prospective employers and job seekers, with a specialization in non-EU workforce recruitment. We assist in the recruitment process, including providing guidance and support for the legal aspects of hiring non-EU employees.

2. Legal Costs Reimbursement

In certain cases, Ezonne Recruitment may reimburse legal costs related to the hiring of non-EU employees, including but not limited to visa processing, work permits, and other legal formalities. Reimbursement is subject to the following conditions:

  • Reimbursement will cover up to 50% of the total legal costs incurred.
  • Reimbursement is capped at a maximum limit (specific reimbursement limits will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis).
  • Proof of legal costs must be provided, including receipts or invoices from recognized legal professionals.
  • Reimbursement is only available for legal services provided by local legal experts approved by Ezonne Recruitment.

3. Eligibility for Reimbursement

To be eligible for reimbursement:

  • The legal costs must be directly related to the employment of non-EU workers through Ezonne Recruitment’s services.
  • The reimbursement request must be submitted within 60 days of incurring the legal costs.

4. Liability

Ezonne Recruitment is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any outcomes related to the performance or conduct of hired employees or the services provided by third-party legal experts.

5. Changes to Terms

Ezonne Recruitment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or through direct communication with clients.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ezonne Recruitment operates.
